Our vision is to give athletes and their families opportunities to see the world through the game they love—building lasting memories, strengthening bonds, and discovering new cultures along the way.

Expertise
Paula Antista is a seasoned leader in sports travel, event management, and youth development. She is the Founder and President of Futbol For All, a foundation created by youth sports families for youth sports families with a mission to make competitive soccer financially accessible to all athletes who demonstrate the skill, passion, and commitment to excel. In partnership with DME Academy, Sarasota, Futbol For All helps cover registration, uniform, camp, and tournament costs, empowering players and families to pursue their dreams without financial barriers.
In addition to her work with Futbol For All, Paula serves as a Program Advisor at DME Academy Sarasota, supporting event planning, player pathways, and family experiences. She is also the Founder of St. Christopher’s Sports Tours, which blends her passion for travel and sports by creating safe, meaningful opportunities for athletes and families to explore the world through the game they love. Previously, Paula has built a career in marketing and event management, including leadership roles at the Recreational Education Center, EF Education, Family Heritage and Virtual, Inc., managing corporate events globally.
A former Division I softball player at Siena University, where she earned a B.A. in Spanish and Psychology, Paula has combined her athletic background with her professional expertise to build platforms that serve families, athletes, and communities. Her career is rooted in the belief that travel, sports, and education have the power to inspire growth, connection, and lifelong memories.

After successful international tours to Spain in 2024, and Italy & Ireland in 2025, with statement wins over top clubs like FC Barcelona, Blackburn Rovers, and AS Roma, DME Nationals has proven we can compete with the best in the world.
Now, in 2026, we’re heading to South America for the first time as we travel to Argentina in partnership with AFA. This experience will combine top competitive soccer with rich cultural immersion, offering our players a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to grow on and off the field in South America.
